Following on from reaching the KO Cup final a fortnight ago beating the Kent Royals, this Sunday the Mildenhall DJS Fen Tigers, proudly sponsored by Manchetts Rescue and Recovery, welcome the Berwick Bullets to Mildenhall Stadium for a NDL fixture (4pm start time).

The Bullets have had a difficult start to their campaign with away fixtures at Belle Vue and Leicester, suffering a heavy defeat at Belle Vue, losing young Archie Freeman to an injury during the opening part of the meeting that will keep him out for some time, before putting up a very spirited display at current NDL Champions Leicester going down by just five points. At Leicester Fen Tiger George Congreve guested in the absence of Freeman, but will operate rider replacement on Sunday.

The Bullets are led by ex Fen Tigers Captain and crowd favourite Connor Coles, who proved when guesting for the Fen Tigers last season that he still knows the fastest way around the West Row circuit. Supporting Coles at the top end of the side are Danny Phillips and Greg Blair. At reserve there is the experience of Jamie Halder and the Bullets will clearly be no pushovers.

Mildenhall will be looking to carry on the powerhouse scoring that saw them brush away the Kent Royals when three riders, Alfie Bowtell, Lee Complin & Ben Trigger, were unbeaten by an opponent whilst the rest of the team all contributed valuable points. With George Congreve settling in well in the middle order with Josh Warren and points coming from reserve, the DJS Fen Tigers have a balance look with plenty of improvement still to come.

Gates open at 2.30pm, with parade at 3.40pm and first race at 4pm sharp.
