Following on from Monday’s announcement that Mildenhall Speedway would be the hosts of one of the British U21 Semi-Finals the club are proud to be able to confirm they will also be hosting the British U19 Final at Mildenhall Stadium on Sunday 22nd August at 3pm.

One of the most eagerly anticipated events of the speedway season, supporters can look forward to seeing the likes of current Champion and ex Fen Tiger Drew Kemp defend his trophy against Leon Flint, Jordan Palin, Dan Gilkes and our own Fen Tiger Jason Edwards amongst others. This is a rare chance to see the current exciting crop of young British Speedway riders go head-to-head over 20 heats of speedway.

Club Promoter Greg Palmer said: “This is another exciting moment for us and our supporters, to hold such a prestigious event at Mildenhall is quite a coup and we will do everything we can to guarantee it is a day to remember in the history of Mildenhall Speedway for all the right reasons. I want to thank GB Under 21 Team Manager Neil Vatcher and BSPL Chairman Rob Godfrey for all the support we have been given since announcing we would run this season, it really has made a big difference to the club and we can’t wait now for the season to get underway.

On the subject of the new season we have now submitted our dates and hopefully our NDL fixtures will be announced in the next few days
