The Mildenhall Fen Tigers 2019 season will start with the visit of a Poultec select team to West Row on Easter Sunday (3pm start) for a challenge fixture. With fixtures somewhat at a premium compared with recent seasons we will also take part in a Silverski 4TT Challenge with Kent, the Isle of Wight and Plymouth.

Early season highlights include a trip to Cradley and a KOC quarter final tie versus Leicester. The Fen Tigers will host the second leg on 26th May following a visit to Leicester on 12th May for the first leg.

Speaking on behalf of the new consortium Phil Kirk said “We are very pleased with the way our fixtures have panned out and must thank new National League co-ordinator Jason Pipe for his help in achieving our aims. We are running at least twice a month at home from April to August which will give some continuity to our supporters, and weather permitting all our home fixtures will be on a Sunday at 3pm which we know is the most popular time for the majority of our supporters.

Our three visits to the Isle of Wight and Plymouth have all been combined into mini tours which not only help with costs but offers supporters the chance to take a short break supporting the lads.

We were looking to announce the dates for the Meet the Riders and Press and Practise next week, but due to rider unavailability we are now looking at new dates and we hope to be able to advise supporters of the dates early in February”
