The Mildenhall Fen Tigers proudly sponsored by Manchetts Rescue and Recovery welcome in the Plymouth Gladiators next Sunday (5th May at 3pm) seeking to build on the victory against the Isle of Wight and gain three more National Trophy points

The Fen Tigers will be back to a full septet with the arrival of Matt Marson to cover for the injured Sam Bebee, Marson slotting straight into Bebee’s number two berth. The Gladiators feature ex Fen Tiger Nathan Stoneman, Scott Campos and Adam Sheppard plus new number one Ben Wilson and will provide a serious threat to the Fen Tigers as team manager Malcolm Vasey was quick to point out, he said “We showed that we are a team coming together last Sunday, especially in the second half of the meeting when we overpowered the Isle of Wight to secure a convincing victory. That said, we will not under estimate the task facing us this week, Plymouth beat the well fancied Kent side in their first Trophy match.

I am pleased to welcome Matt Marson into our line-up, he will be a great addition I am sure and the team as a whole will benefit from not having to use rider replacement. This is a busy weekend as we travel to Cradley on Monday for our first National League fixture, the team know the importance of picking up points on the road and we will be looking to bring something back from our trip to Monmore”
